About Me

Where do I start? Well, I am Thai-American, which in this case means I hold dual citizenship in both hemispheres (Eastern and Western, not Northern-Southern…though New Zealand is high on my potential asylum list), not meaning that I am of mixed race. Then again, I have a lot of ethnic Chinese blood, which means I could technically be considered mixed, in which case everyone on Earth would probably fall into such a nebulous category. Really, I have no problem with mixed race people; some of my best friends are mixed(it’s true but I do love that cliche). America just elected a mixed-race president, and I think it was a great choice if you ask me. If you also asked me what I think is the best human cocktail, depending on my mood, I would likely answer Japanese-Brazilian (though Thai blood has proven a beautiful mixer as well). I met a few Japzilian models here in Thailand with that combination and…oh my, Jogo arigato. Looks like I’m rambling again, reminiscent of Sam Elliott’s character in the Big Lebowski. It’s one of my Achilles heels (I have enough of those for a centipede), but if you are following along so far, and felt the urge to chuckle or guffaw, then this might just be the online journal you have been looking for (I call it a blog, which is short for bologna).
